Aqueous Bio Remediation

Suitable for a wide range of applications. Bio remediation parts washers use a combination of our own AquaBlue aqueous detergent solution and naturally occuring enzymes. These enzymes continually regenerate the solution, breaking down oil and grease, to maintain its cleaning power. The AquaBlue liquid is heated to 38°C by an inbuilt heater in the parts washer. In combination they provide a powerful, safe cleaning solution that cuts through oil and grease. All models feature a flow through brush, directional nozzle, washable filters & built in soak facility. There are significant health and safety benefits with our solvent free and non-flammable system, helping to protect both operator and environment.

Standard Parts Washers

Our manual parts washers heat the solution to 38 c. Featuring a flow through brush and directional nozzle for maximum cleaning effect.

Compatible with a range of solutions including our own AquaBlue detergent and bio tablets. The bio tablets contain enzymes that continually regenerate the solution, breaking down oil and grease to maintain its cleaning power and reduce waste.

Constructed from AS430 steel for durability, and featuring high flow rate pump to flush grime from your dirty components. Optional lid to minimise fluid evaporation when not in use.

High Pressure Cabinet

Our high pressure professional range of parts washer are constructed from stainless steel and suitable for a wide range of industries.

140 bar high pressure blast wash easily cleans hard to reach places removing heavy deposits such as carbon, grease and oil, quickly and efficiently.

Incudes a flow brush and air gun for a total cleaning solution.

Suitable for use with our wide range of low foam spray detergents, heated up to 50c.

Manual Auto Washer

All the features of the MBW range with the added flexibility of an automatic spray wash. 

Wash your products on a fully automatic cycle in the basket leaving the operator free to carry out other tasks. Finish off any hard to reach recesses by hand using the manual blast wash.
